At The IV Fruit Lab™, LLC, every refresher is handcrafted to order using fresh, premium ingredients and prepared with the utmost care to ensure exceptional quality and flavor. Because our products are perishable and made specifically for each customer, all sales are final.

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you believe there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part—such as receiving the incorrect item, missing items, or experiencing a quality concern—please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or confirmed delivery. To help us review your concern promptly, we may request photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible issues. If we determine that the issue resulted from our error, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or another reasonable remedy at our sole discretion.

Shipping Policy

We take great care in packaging every order using insulated shipping materials and cold-pack technology designed to preserve freshness during transit. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, The IV Fruit Lab™ is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with a quality concern that may have occurred during transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photographs of the shipping box, insulated packaging, cold packs, and product so we can evaluate the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Freshness & Storage

Our refreshers are handcrafted with fresh fruit and premium ingredients and contain no unnecessary shortcuts. To ensure the highest quality and best tasting experience, please follow these storage recommendations:

  • Refrigerate immediately upon pickup or delivery if the refreshers are not completely frozen.
  • For the best taste and texture, freeze overnight before enjoying if the refreshers arrive refrigerated or partially thawed.
  • Consume within 3–5 days when refrigerated.
  • If frozen immediately, enjoy within 7–10 days for optimal freshness and flavor.
  • Do not consume any product that has been punctured, damaged, left unrefrigerated for an extended period, or appears compromised.
