The IV Fruit Lab™ Shipping Policy
At The IV Fruit Lab™, LLC, we take great pride in delivering handcrafted premium fruit refreshers made with real fruit. Every order is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped using insulated materials and cold-pack technology to help preserve freshness throughout transit.
Our goal is for every customer to receive a product that meets the quality standards we are known for.
Processing Time
Because each order is handcrafted using fresh ingredients, please allow 2–4 business days for preparation before your order ships. Processing times may vary during holidays, product launches, and periods of high demand. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been prepared and shipped.
Shipping Schedule
To help maintain product quality and reduce the risk of weekend transit delays, orders are generally shipped Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed later in the week may be held until the following shipping day to help ensure the best possible delivery experience.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Georgia customers selecting ground shipping options can typically expect delivery within 1–2 business days from the ship date.
- Customers outside of Georgia should consider selecting an expedited shipping option (such as 2-day or overnight) to help ensure refreshers arrive frozen or well-chilled, particularly during warmer months.
Selecting a faster shipping method does not guarantee product condition upon arrival, as transit conditions vary. However, shorter transit times generally give your refreshers the best chance of arriving at their freshest. We recommend all customers review available shipping options at checkout and select the method that best fits their location and timeline.
Packaging
Every shipment is carefully packed using insulated shipping materials and reusable cold packs designed to help maintain freshness during transit. Depending on your location and transit time, your refreshers may arrive frozen, partially frozen, slushy, or refrigerated and cold. This is completely normal. For the best IV Fruit Lab experience, place your refreshers in the freezer overnight before enjoying if they arrive partially thawed or refrigerated.
Delivery
Please ensure someone is available to receive your package as soon as possible after delivery. Because our products are perishable, customers should promptly refrigerate or freeze their refreshers upon arrival. The IV Fruit Lab is not responsible for products left outdoors or unattended after confirmed delivery.
Shipping Delays
While we package every order with care, delivery times are ultimately the responsibility of the shipping carrier. The IV Fruit Lab is not responsible for delays resulting from weather conditions, carrier delays, natural disasters, holidays, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or delivery issues beyond our control.
Damaged or Quality Concerns
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you believe there is a quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us investigate your claim, please include your order number, photographs of the shipping box, photographs of the insulated packaging, photographs of the cold packs, photographs of the product(s), and a brief description of the issue. If we determine that the issue resulted from our error or a verified shipping-related quality issue, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or another remedy at our sole discretion.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. The IV Fruit Lab is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.
Warm Weather Shipping
Because our refreshers are made with fresh ingredients, product condition upon arrival may vary based on seasonal temperatures and transit conditions. Our insulated packaging is designed to keep products cold during shipment; however, some thawing may occur during transit. This does not necessarily affect product quality or safety. Simply place your refreshers in the freezer overnight before enjoying.
